Vibrating RH Headlight when extended
#1

Hey guys,

My RH headlight assy is vibration when driving. It is probably not locked mechanically or electrically.

Does anybody know how to adjust this assy for the fully extend position, so it doesn't vibrate anymore?

Gtz,

Martijn

use the manual unlock feature and fold the lamp unit foreward

Then you can adjust the linkage . Was a long time ago but it should show for itself .

Beware too tight wil probably put stress on components and motor .

Okay Olaf,

Thanks for the advice. I will give it a try. It doesn't sound too complicated then.

I read somewhere that a vibrating headlight was a sign of a motor mount going bad. I can't find that thread/post now, but depending on your circumstances, it's something to consider.
