last night. Installed the noise filter in-line on the switched 12V wire to the radio (Big Green one). That got rid of all the ignition noise.
Checked the wire that powers the antenna amp, no juice there. So I ran a jumper wire to the amp connector. That fixed that! Now it gets radio stations better than my other car!
Side note - the 968 workshop manual calls my paint "Amazon Green Pearl Effect" COOL!!! No wonder that color looks so good!

Could you give me some idea of where to start looking? I'm sure the right plug wires are on the car.

Didn't seem to change with load
