Yeah, well, true story.
When we were kids, and a new car was coming, we said: "Dad, can we have a push button radio?" He always said: "Awh, one more thing to break." "How about power windows?", "Naw they always break!" Actually true, he didn't buy a car with a push button radio until they all came with push button radios, and the dealer wanted extra to install a manual tune radio. He also didn't buy a color TV until there was a grandchild and he wanted her to watch Sesame Street.
So, here I am:
- Drivers side window switch or something related broken, likes to go up not down.
- Sunroof power drive somehow out of whack, intermittent, opens sometimes, seems to work only when it is raining
- Drivers side power seat switch broken, front switch goes up/down, and back, but not forwards
Maybe Dad was right... The 968 Workshop manual (.PDF) appears to be 767 pages long. Soon to be much more familiar with this baby. Some go racing; I get to pull interior panels, how glamorous! Whine! Whine! Whine!
