finally ready to let some chips go away
#1

i have a few chips here from all the testing and such over the years - i think i'll unload them, as i really see no reason to hang onto them anymore

promax 7700 (runs lean with airbox mod)
autothority 101
autothority 102 (designed for a cat-back)
racer x (not to be used with higher than normal compression head)

i will not sell these - this must be a horsetrade, swap, barter sort of a deal - basically i want to do somebody a favor

lol - let's see how creative people can be - this should be fun

<!--fonto:Verdana Arial Helvetica sans-serif--><!--/fonto--><!--sizeo:2--><!--/sizeo-->you are entitled to:
a heated kidney shaped pool,
a microwave oven--don't watch the food cook,
a Dyna-Gym--I'll personally demonstrate it in the privacy of your own home,
a king-size Titanic unsinkable Molly Brown waterbed with polybendum,
a foolproof plan and an airtight alibi,
real simulated Indian jewelry,
a Gucci shoetree,
a year's supply of antibiotics,
a personally autographed picture of Randy Mantooth
and Bob Dylan's new unlisted phone number,
a beautifully restored 3rd Reich swizzle stick,
Rosemary's baby,
a dream date in kneepads with Paul Williams,
a new Matador, a new mastodon,
a Maverick, a Mustang, a Montego,
a Merc Montclair, a Mark IV, a meteor,
a Mercedes, an MG, or a Malibu,
a Mort Moriarty, a Maserati, a Mac truck,
a Mazda, a new Monza, or a moped,
a Winnebago--Hell, a herd of Winnebago's we're giving 'em away,
or how about a McCulloch chainsaw,
a Las Vegas wedding,
a Mexican divorce,
a solid gold Kama Sutra coffee pot,
or a baby's arm holding an apple?

I can trade a chip for my (new) book "Maximum Boost: Designing, Testing, and Installing Turbocharger Systems".
I can even add authentic Dutch sweets if you want.

The swizzle stick is a bit of a stretch.

Strangely, I inherited from my uncle a collection of swizzle sticks from bars all over the world from the 50's, 60's and 70's. he worked for Sylvania Corp. and travelled extensively. I will someday figure out a way to display them. Pretty cool.

That reminds me of the 9mm Mauser rifle that my dad had up in the closet. The barrel had an eagle and swastika debossed on it - creepy. He ended up selling that for a decent price after it sat neglected for years.

Back on topic and borrowing from a couple other threads.

I can add the following for the auction:

- Futures on one set of used OEM brake pads
- A cooked OEM radio
- An original Motorola cell phone transmitter thingy, along with 25 feet of cable that goes with
- And a barely touched bottle of Eagle One Gel Wax

Jay...gotta love the Tubes. I have seen them a couple of times and their show is one of the best out there.

What could Bob need that any of us would have???

Flash if you've got an extra one, I could use a stock chip just to keep on hand as a backup. Supposedly my car is running a Racer-X chip installed by a PO. I haven't ever been able to bump the rev limiter (think I've had it up around 7500 once or twice), so I tend to believe it. In trade I can offer you periodic seat time in an un-supercharged 968, just so, once you've 'gotten used to it', you can renew your appreciation of how awesomely fast your car truly is!
