Exhausting question- B&B, RS Barn, CarGraphic ??? What to do???
#41

I posted this somewhere but I was getting gas the other day and the chick working the register gushed that she loved the sound of my car. I almost creamed my jeans. Glad she was so young and didn't realize that I would have given her anything after that comment!

Yup, I remember that post, just not the thread it was on. You realize of course that you were invisible to her, don't you ? She was probably wondering of you have a son who also drives your great sounding / great looking car, lol...

I also posted this on a few different threads but you'd be surmised how many people completely unfamiliar with the 968 actually BELIEVE when I tell them the engine is a small block V10 . Just some fun I always have with folks that approach me at gas stations and parking lots with wide eyes gawking at the car.

Hand built, one of 12 known to exist, worth upwards of $125,000 if one were to come onto the market... <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/glare.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

Here's an article with a technical explanation of various factors which contribute to the differences in the exhaust sound produced by various engines..
