A couple seasons ago when my clutch line blew, some fluid got on top of the intake and released what looked like silver paint. So I'm guessing the engine is painted silver or at least the intake.
Well right now I have the head and the intake off the car, and would like to use this opportunity to repaint the intake at least. not opposed to getting the right color of silver in a rattle can and then just cleaning, priming and spraying it.
Please reply if youve done that and what the paint code is?

By the way is the supercharger painted in the exact same color?
