Just about to chop the roof off my 968 coupe to dispose of the sunroof, ive got a roof panel from a non sunroof 944, just wondering if anyone else has done this, and if so if there's a guide or a "preferred" way of doing it?
ive done a number of roof re skins, the last one being a 86 UR quattro
the one thing that surprised me with the non sunroof roof i chopped off the 944 was the lack of any supports under the roof skin, the UR had 3 spars across the expanse, now i know the roof on a 944 is quite small, but seems a little weird not having anything...
