Wire Harness Diagram - connector identification
#1

What I'm looking for is something that identifies the connector/wire numbers on the wiring harness. I have search the forum and haven't found anything, I have went thought the wiring diagram and I can find the switches but I don't see which wires they are. Example the switches in the center console the wire connectors are labeled 1, 2, 3, & 4 is that just the order left to right or 1 is for the mirror switch, 2 is for the sunroof, etc?

I had to sort out the wires and switches on my Cab. I just inferred from the number of wires and colors of the wires listed in the wiring diagram which wires should go with which switches. That's the best you can do, I think.

Are you looking for something on paper, and referring to a particular grid on the wiring diagram? E.g. 53N, which is the Lifting Roof switch, or are you looking for a number on the wires themselves?

Thanks, what I was looking for was the wires themselves had number on them, but didn't see how that mapped back to the wiring diagram. Being that it's a race car build I found the one that I needed, the mirror switch, the rest I just taped off. For reference it was #3.
