Wheels front and rear
#1

On my 92 coupe I noticed there are 2 different constructed wheels on my car, two of them, the center section protrudes more then the other two. Naturally they are mixed up on each axle. Which pair goes to which axle???? thanks

the wider ones go to the rear

on the stock wheels the width and offset should be cast into them near the valve stem

for the stock 16" wheels the 8" should go on the rear and 7" on the front.

are the correct tires mounted on the right rims?

stock front: 205/55 ZR 16, 7 J x 16

stock rear: 225/50 ZR 16, 8 J x 16

17" option, front: 225/45 ZR 17, 7.5 J x 17

17" option, rear: 255/40 ZR 17, 9 J x 17

Todd, thanks so much. I have to look but I believe the car has 225/50 16s all around.

I had the control arms down to remove the pan and i started looking at the wheels for alignment purposes, I then noticed the difference in the wheels.
