Ok,

Lets be honest, I'm miles off....thats what doing up a house will do to you.

Anyway,

The interior is now nearly stripped

Having the brackets made to mount the seat and FIA ali brackets

Then its cage time! RS replica I think!

You may be miles away from the finish line, but you are so many miles closer than I am, as I have yet to start such a project. One day, though, I want a Turbo RS replica in my garage. Also, half the fun is in getting there. Enjoy your project, each step of the way. Do you have a target date for completion, or are you just letting it unfold as time permits?

As time permits really

Its mainly time and bloody glue!!!!!!!!! that has been the problem.

I should have sold mine and bought a race car like Eric did but they are like hens teeth here and very expensive when they come up.

It is great fun though!

I have an auto electrician to help me with the loom so it should be up and running again soon!

Yeah, it looks like you still have a bit to do! However, it will come together quickly if you keep working at it.

I'm glad I didn't have to deal with the glue and such. But, the downside of buying a used (and a little ratty) race car is that there are a million other things to replace. Including the roll cage in my case.

Good luck and keep us posted on the progress.
