This is one of the least expensive jobs and one of the easiest to do on our cars. Not as easy as changing wiper blades but it's not far off in the difficulty department. It's a good job for a novice actually since there are no timing or balance belt issues. It will take you 1-2 hrs the first time, and the most important part is making sure that when you pull the bolts you arrange them in order and install them in the same locations. They are different sizes. Torquing to 7lbs is spec, but you just use the smallest ratchet and feel the bolts bottom out, then stop turning. Very simple, but just to be safe, have the beer after you finish, the first time. Just did it this summer along with bigger stuff - replaced everything rubber, and sealed corners with RTV.
