I need some advise, have anybody replace or modify the oil pipe that connect from the right top of the radiator and goes down to the transmission? The flex rubber hose have a 1/2" cut on it. I was thinking of cutting the factory clamps off and replace it with a new transmission hose and new clamps that part number is 944 307 010 06. I call Zim's and they quote me $136 but it going to take 3-4 weeks from Germany. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif[/img]

If it's just the rubber hose, it can be replaced but make sure to use approved Trans cooler hose (not fuel or anything else, it will not last), and double clamp it if you use normal hose clamps.
