Steering and brake questions
#1

First, I need new front pads.  Are the RS-4s still the preferred pad?  If so, where's the best place to get them?

Second, bump steer is getting worse and worse in my car, it seems.  Is there a particular part of the suspension that is prone to causing this (bumps in the road cause the steering wheel to turn)?  Car has camber plates, bronze bushings in the A-arms for the spindles, hard bushings for the A-arms to body, and 968 style caster blocks.  Wheels feel tight when I grab them and try to rock them (after I tightened one of the wheel bearings).  I'm thinking either tie rods or the caster blocks.  Any tips?

Thanks

968 caster blocks tend to wear out frequently. I have replaced mine with solid (rubber) 951 caster blocks.

The 968 caster blocks were supposed to be an improvement over the earlier rubber blocks...  All the 944 guys who want better performance upgrade to 968 blocks..

I've heard that, they may perform better, but they don't wear better.

YMMV,
