Most of the time this gives an error message when I click on it. This is unfortunate as this function is the one I use the most. Is there some "secret handshake" that I need to do?

You can only click on the button once every 20 seconds. It shouldn't give you that message if you waited at least that. It may be a lingering cookie hanging around in your browser.

I get it immediately - just got it now and that was the first button that I pushed after logging in.

If I wait 20 seconds it works but then I only get last 20 seconds - meaning nothing.
