Failing View New Posts
#1

Any other reports of the new posts not working? In the last few days I always get an empty screen when I use View New Posts. I have tried to look back in time but it's always blank. The only new posts I can see are the Last 5 on the main screen, anything else I miss.

Checked my settings but nothing looks out of place. Caught this reply from you because it was in the last 5 posts; the View New Posts is blank. Happening on 2 different computers. I'll keep poking around.

Working OK for me, although half the time clicking on the links under "View New Posts" will take me to the latest unread post, and half the time it will take me to the first post in the entire thread... I still haven't figured that out. Windows 7, Google Chrome.

I *did* have a problem last night and today around noon where all of the pages came up as "CloudFlare", any idea what that's about?

I use my work laptop and my home computer, 2 different mail servers, 2 different OS's. The problem only started on Friday/Sat. No matter what time frame I click on it says I have no new posts except for 2 and those 2 I have read

Maybe I'll change my password, if someone is tapping into my account that would always reset the new posts cookie (or whatever scheme they use).

make sure you have cookies enabled. without those, the feature won't work.

Could it be that when you are looking for "new posts" that you are not in the "Forums" section of the site?

If I check out one of the random 968 pictures that show up on my screen when I access the site, and THEN I click on "view new posts", the answer is "Sorry, No new content" (or something like that...). If I click on "Forums" and THEN click on "view new posts"... voila! There they are!

Maybe your problem is more seroius, but maybe it's just that simple...

Oddly enough I changed my password yesterday and now I have 6 entries in "New Posts". It was like someone was always in my account and therefore setting the post pointer to null as everything was always being read. Hopefully I will continue to see new posts again.
