#1

Can anyone identify this rear spoiler wing?

Looks like a Del-Sol spoiler... or something off of any Honda, for that matter.

Looks a lot like one from the Chevrolet Cavalier too, good luck, Bob Blackwell.

it's not a del sol wing, however, does appear quite similar in design.

The oem del sol wing is a little bit taller, doesn't have the led strip, and the legs are seperate pieces. It's also slightly different in shape.

I think the cab rear end would take nicely to an M3/M5 style lip spoiler.

Do you know the part numbers?

the techart piece is a little lip thing if i remember correctly, it is not raised above the rear deck lid, like that one, rather it sits right on top.

i don't see why someone would install a wing with a built in 3rd brake light and not take off the goofy stock 3rd brake light pod.

That's why it looked a little Honda-ish to me <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/biggrin.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

The top one reminds me of a honda or eclipse spoiler.

I actually think it looks ok in the large photo of the dark blue cab, but I would agree that it would also benefit from the removal of the stock 3rd brake light.

What about a little "lip" similar to what was available on the E46' and E39's. I have been wanting to try something like that on my coupe. Attach it on top of the existing wing. Subtle, and a little more agressive imo. I've seen this on 996's with the aero wing, but can't find a pic. Here's one on a bmw.

The blue one and the silver one are different wings. The blue one is the Tech Art spoiler.

hmmm... where have I seen this mentioned before? <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/wink.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

anyway, I think the e46/e39 lip would make for a great addition. Adds a very subtle amount of aggresiveness. I have an M5 lip sitting in the garage I believe... if I get a chance, I'll take some measurements for you.

If not, they're available on ebay for very cheap.

MikeH,

I would love to see pics. Details about painting options and third brake light in wing.
