You, as in 968, owners. Kinda like a TV commercial directed at the plural you as well as the individual you.

and, I really did not feel like typing ' does anyone.'

And now I also know there is a section for 'aerodynamics.' Maybe this would be better located under the 'handling' section....

Sombody must have one......

sold at this site:

still wondering if 'those' people find them effective...or if anyone knows if the adjustable wing truly adds downforce.....

the adjustable wing is effective, if used correctly - talk to pete about what angle for what speeds

The adjustable spoiler is very effective. I have one on my car. Prior to installing the adjustable spoiler the rear end would get loose at high speeds (130+). With the spoiler adjusted for max downforce, the rear is extremly planted. I bought a carbon fiber spoiler from AIR.

Hopefully Pete will join in here and share with all of the wing owners. I've got mine at 3 up to help reduce oversteer in 80 mph turns at Roebling. Full up sounds like a lot of drag, especially since I'm not having any issues at 130+. Of course, I don't have a stock suspension either. What are you using, Foxy?

Koni Yellows front & Back set to the stiffest setting. H&R progressive springs up front (1" drop), KLA strut brace, D1 Chassis brace & weltmeister harness bar, rear is lowered 3/4" adjusting the rear eccentric bolt to its lowest position. Softening up the shocks/struts would help with my stability issues At such high speeds. It gets loose over uneven pavement/ cracks in the road, etc.

I also have a custom alignment (1 of Flash's 3 settings he proposed) and had the car corner balanced with me in it.

Nice ride! I'm corner balanced on 24 click Ledas front and rear with 450F and 500R springs (torsion bars ineffective). A Weltmaster full stiff in front and an M030 at med in the rear. I don't have a chassis brace but I do have the DynaTech STB. The car is set to the ROW M030/CS ride height. I'm solid at Sebring where the old concrete runway segments make it one of the roughest tracks around.

Did you really mean "road"? I'm hoping you meant track 'cause the road is no place for 130+.

fox - those settings are indeed way too stiff for the spring rates you have - back the rears off to 1/2 turn from full soft, and back the fronts off at least a half turn - you will enjoy the ride much more, and the car will actually handle better - it may not feel it from the turn in, but if you looked at your entry and exit speeds, you would see it to be true

Thanks for the suggestions. I was petty sure the setting were too stiff. Another reason i believe the rear felt a little loose is because i had the AIR Front splitter on the car adding downforce to the front end, rior to installing the adjustable rear spoiler.
