My clock light stopped working last week. How do I access the bulb to replace it? Is it necessary to remove the clock?

The clock and storage cubby comes out as a single unit. Put your hand in the cubby and spread your thumb and fingers apart so as to exert outward stress and pull. The clock bulb will be readily accessible once you remove this item.
