One day the world will be run by one supreme ruler and one company.
Unfortunatley, for Porsche, this is the way of the future.

I'm afraid you're right, all indications certainly point toward that : and the company will be named Starhomemartcast ( post merger of Starbucks, Home Depot, Walmart and Comcast ). As for the supreme ruler, who knows.. likely will be a robot.

The Porsche thing isn't a surprise at all - the only surprise is that it did not happen sooner.

Now I hear Renault is infusing some money into Ford to help it save the Taurus and continue production of that car. I had to smile when I learned of that, one of Renault's most successful recent model is the Clio, if they combine technology and design with the Taurus for a new breed of car, will they call it a Cliotaurus ? ( how do you pronounce that ? )

Flash,

Thanks for the article, very interesting to keep up on the VW / Porsche interactions. I sure hope Porsche can stay independent, they weathered economic storms before, perhaps they can do it again. On the other hand, Audi has evolved very nicely even under the VW umbrella.
