Bob (a member of the local PCA chapter) has been organizing Saturday morning breakfast drives called "Bob's Breakfast Club" for several years.
We meet up a Starbucks in West Vancouver between 6:00 and 6:30. We leave for a run up the "Sea-to-Sky" Highway. This highway runs between Vancouver to Whistler, which was a vital link for the recent Winter Olympics. This past Saturday there was another 968 Cab besides mine. It is a 1992 with 18K! This was the second run that I went on and it has been a great opportunity to find out what the 968 was really built for! It sure is a lot "happier" on a curvy highway at higher speeds than "putting" around town.
Later on this evening I will post pictures of some of the cars in the restaurant parking lot.
