I brought that line with the PS fluid cooler attached to a hydraulic shop and had them replace just the rubber part. It cost me about $25. I have heard of other just cutting the rubber hose off replacing it with a new hose and hose clamp with good results.

If you go that route, just cut away the crimped band, underneath it should be a kind of flanged line that the rubber hose will fit over.
