Normally you put in what you paid for it. You can prove it by an original bill. In Holland you have to put the original price from the blue book.
But don't you have friends in Ireland who can inform overthere what the cost will be? There is in holland. And perhaps it is a european rule, that in case of immigration you must have at least one year and you are not allowed to sell it within 12 months after importing it.
