Visited four porsche shops inside 495. Anybody have someone they can recommend from recent (six months) experience?

A good place to start is usually with the local PCA region. Usually the shops that work closely with the local region are sponsors. Take a look thru one of there newsletters they are usually filled with sponsor advertisements.

Try Clair Porsche in Westwood, on Rt.1. They have performed some minor work for me and I have been satisfied.

If you are a local club member check in the Nor'easter(monthly club bulletin). Randolph Racing in Stoughton, MA....Eurotech in Framingham to name two. Not had any personal experience with either yet.

I used Kevin at Randolph Racing about three years ago for my 968-powered 944 -- very competent and knowledgable. The shop is also walking distance of the commuter train, so pretty accessible if you live in Boston.
