Como Imports, the shop I had been using to repair my 968, closed last fall. Looking for a shop or person who can install a new timing belt - hopefully  without breaking the bank. Thanks in advance for any suggestions you can offer.

Timing belt change, and what comes with it, is expensive, but oh such necessary piece of maintenance. Make sure you look for an experienced mechanic in that field. It also requires special tools. Most people replaces water pump at the same time. Cost $3000 plus/minus depending on the area.
