Pricing: $30 per unit

I have NOT confirmed whether the Fob's will or will not feature the "BullDog" logo.

More to follow, news at 11.

On a side note....

If anyone can source an ORIGINAL White over Black 6Speed Cab please let me know!

Quote:The car I had my heart set on buying had been Molested by Maaco.

Respray’ed from the tip of the front bumper, all the way down the right side to the rear bumper. The quarter panel had a 4 inch curtain (large paint run), and several other drips and fish eye's that SOMEONE had attempted to unsuccessfully sand out until the paint started to thin, leaving a mess that only a trained eye LOOKING for it would find. (Thank you Eric, you saved me a HUGE Headache)

They didn’t even remove the lower rocker panels so there was overspray on all of the rubber seals, orange peel that resembled the surface of Mars, and crooked tape lines that could have been bettered by a drunk 10 year old.

I'm not going to post links or contact information for the seller because I dont think anyone in this community needs a bastard child like this...at any price.

All I'm going to say is, if you or anyone you know is looking at an under priced white over black cabrio in the state of Colorado, RUN away from this car. It needs a clutch, it has no tools, or a compressor. The paint work will cost at least 3K to correct (and you will still end up with a two tone 968, part original part bastardization) & the timing belt is SOOOOO old it needs to be replaced immediately. The Seller is a Clueless old man named Jim (James) who drives his car with the OIL LIGHT on.

By the time I finished replacing the clutch, water pump, timing belt, and paint my $14,000 cabriolet would have easily exceeded EXCELLENT book value and I would still be left with a two tone red headed step child .

SO....To sum this all up I'm still looking for a ORIGINAL White over Black Or Silver Over Black Cabrio 6 Speed.

If you happen to know where I can find a WELL KEPT Original (No Paint Work), please let me know.

Any news on the group buy? I would prefer no "Bulldog" logo, if possible. Just my $0.02.

I'll jump in for 1 if still available. Ya, I'd like to see it without the Bulldog logo too. How will you handle shipping?

It does not look like this is going to happen. I want to move forward with this project, so I will just pick up a kit off eBay or locally.

I too am out. Broke down and had a Viper installed yesterday at my stereo shop along with Alpine Head unit, JL Audio amp and 2 8" JL subs. System sounds great. While they had everything out I went ahead and had them install the Viper and brain.

Good luck to all.

Well - I finally did the complete installation this last weekend. SWEET! Creature comforts have a way of making one feel great! Special thanks to David @ 968 Enginnering. Great little relay package. I also installed the Dual Pole Dual Throw relay as advised by Brett968 for the signal lights. While my Fobs say Bulldog, this mod is one which certainly makes the entire install worth while and a smile on my face each time I think about it. Attaboy to all who contributed information to do the install. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/biggrin.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

Was this ever documented in a DIY format? I installed the Bulldog shortly before people started to discuss how to get the signal lights into the circuit, and would like to modify my installation.
