So I have worked the last two evenings on a few things mostly the lighting and Surround sound. Lighting is DONE! Where the track lights L will be my work bench. I just finished hanging and wiring the gulf sign that is on Lutron Switch. I was so bummed to find out I bought the WRONG bulbs! Oh well I will get them tomorrow and post some pics with the bad boy lit. I am 100% happy with my lighting I end up eliminating the lighting area near the cabinets. It would have been too cluttered. I had 5 tracks and a bunch of adapters left over out of the 48 Halo track lights I picked up on ebay I used only 19. So I have a few left over. I plan on selling them as a system on ebay. Right now I am into lighting $250 not including the electrical materials like wiring and switches. So there is a good chance I could walk away in the black on the lighting. I also ran my Surround sound system JVC JVC TH V70 $900 retail scored it on ebay Used from a liquidator for $51 the missing remote almost cost me as much as the system. ($45) The system sounds FANTASTIC! Worth every bit of $96! It had a few marks on the subwoofer and 2 of the speakers but they cleaned up well. He definately needs a refrigerator. <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/smile.gif" class="smilie" alt="" /> I ran across a huge Pepsi frige like in the gas stations etc. Guy wanted $900. I was tempted.



Eric, did you seal the brick & mortar on the walls. It might be easier to clean through the years if you do. You don't have to use a gloss if you don't want to.



Noticed your costco shop vac, I have the same. What do you think of it thus far? Because of the internal hose 90deg cover, I find I can't pick up too long of items >2" because it just gets stuck.



I also have the model air compressor that you returned, what went wrong with it?

Mini Fridge will be in the remodel don't you worry... You have your choice BEER or WATER Soda's are for the sissy that have to go inside. Plus Soda is not good for you quit cold turkey 2 years ago. Nah never thought to seal the brick. I will look into it though. This is my second shop vac from Costco they are great little units to carry around for small jobs. I ended up picking up a central Vac type wall unit. It is a Eureka and pretty damn powerful. Compressor dial fell a part.
