I am a 968 Club Sport owner from the UK. I have had my 968 for 2 years and bought is as a track car. I use it for track days and sprints.
Unfortunately due to work commitments I have become something of an "arrive and drive" owner with most of the work on my car being done by a great father and son team of race mechanics who specialise in Porsche. I do however get to do the odd job such as adding the data logging and video system.
I imported the car into the UK from Germany where it had previously been imported from the UK having started life in Belgium. Previously it had been a concors winning car so I am as considerate as possible in modification for track work. rather than strip it I have had light weight carpets made and carbon door cards etc, and am in the process of swapping the hatch glass. The modifications I have had performed so far are: swapping the somewhat worn M030 suspension for KW V3, 993 Turbo big reds on the front, Roll Centre full roll cage, Sparco SPG bucket and Schroth GT3 harnesses.
Still a few jobs to do, and some of them are a reason to join this forum as I want people's opinions on things but the car is lots of fun.
