Help with some light?
#1

I have a '93 968 coupe with bumper stops between the the turn signal and the fog light. I noticed that I saw another 968 but it did not have a bumper stop between the fog light and turn signal. Can anyone tell me where I can purchase one of those lights.

Thank you,

Alex

They are probably the Euro turn signals, orange in color. Sunset Imports seems to be the best price but you could try Schatz Motorsports. Some have tried clear 996 ? lens but the fit is not as good as the Euro lens. You can also do a search on turn signals.

Y?

I know the advantages of keeping them, what’s gained by deleting them? Aesthetics?

Yes, appearance was the main reason for deleting them for me, there is also a small weight loss. Good luck, Bob Blackwell.

Alex,

I got mine at Schatz, they are fairly reasonable maybe $120 or so. Are you the Alex that I met at the most recent PCA autocross in Miami? If so, great driving, 968s kick ass! http://schatzmotorsport.com/Merchant2/inde...tegory_Code=850

I ordered mine from Sunset Imports about 10 months back IIRC. Cost at that time was 43.86 for left one, 42.75 for right one plus shipping.

Flash, it must have been ESP or something like it. You were reading my mind and immediately put in a correction. God, your good. Just kidding, I don't want to start something. I'll buy you a drink at Hershey or give you a kiss, Hershey's that is. Been working on cleaning the car, Phase 1 done, prepped and ready for the REJEX application. Going to take 1/2 day to do the Fikse's, then the interior. Not looking for a prize just don't want to be too embarassed by all those pristine 968s.
