I want to change my rear springs on my coilovers, but I am stuck. Have removed the lower shock bolt. Have upper nut off top bolt, but can't remove the bolt? What am I missing?

nothing - likely it's just friction - try sticking a flat screwdriver under the washer that is behind the head of the bolt - you should be able to apply some pressure to pry it away as you turn the bolt with the impact gun
