Front wheel play
#1

I have the slightest play in the front wheels, not sure if it's normal. I checked each front wheel and it has the same slight amount of play on each side. I am getting wheels balanced on Saturday as I noticed a slight shake in steering wheel, not constant, so I am thinking that I need wheels balanced. When I was checking tire pressure and gave wheels a tug I noticed the slight play. 95 with 31k miles.
Thanks.

Best advice is to call RS Barn and have them give the car a once over. They work on 968s every day and will be happy to build you "Do it now", "do it soon" and "do it at XXX" lists so that you can plan your maintenance accordingly.

The best satisfaction you can get from your 968 is to have all maintenance up to par...

Then you start bolting on goodies...

Sounds like it could be wheel bearings.

I thought bearings also. Wheels make no noise, maybe just a slight adjustment. Hmm.
