Can you use the stock clutch assembly with the fidanza flywheel or does it need to be different set up?

Yes you can use it. But before you install it, have the flywheel balanced with the pressure plate.

and be prepared to change the friction disk out fairly soon - i fragged mine after less than 25k - the OEM disks aren't up to severe duty when used on a light flywheel
