[quote name='cosimo' post='29190' date='Dec 19 2006, 12:56 PM']The 968s do have back seats, at least they look like back seats. The best place for kids is on a roof rack.

Roof rack? Cosimo, you are so insensitive! The best place for kids is in the trunk. Period.

Some members have been able to force fit a few odd models of safety seats in the back, but technically it probably doesn't meet any official regulations. Also, when installed it really limits the allowed space for the front seat passenger.
IMO a rear facing baby seat would definitely not work, and even a front facing seat would be very tight and not fit well. I think the choices really open up when you get to a booster seat as they are much smaller with much more versatile options.
I'm about to put a booster in my back seat and install some tether anchors where the seat belts would be.
