Car for DE Events...
#41

You're starting to tempt me to retire LAST968 back to the street. Let me get some earning power again, and then I could seriously consider this.

DO IT!
DO IT!
DO IT!

I hear ya on the earning power thing.... If I hadn't needed to go PT, I was seriously considering getting a coupe for a DD. Set of snows on 16's and I would have been all set. The Mrs would most assuredly kill me, or at the very least make my life a miserable hell!!

No matter what you end up doing, enjoy! (And post more pics of the 360- so I can live vicariously through you and your son!)

I have the snows on 16" wheels for whenever you're ready.

Next time I visit my son, I'll shoot some more 360 shots.

I've put the car on my list - but, as I said, I first have to show up at home with a real job before I show up at home with another car!

Buy the E36 chassis or later. The E30 is raced in NASA but is not as good as the E36.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Racing an E 30 M 30 in endurance racing. We are considering a new car, an E 36 or E 46 with 2.5 liter engine. Interrested in which way the E 36 is better appart from power and what you think of an E 46.

I realize this is OT, should I have started a new thread?

definitely start a new thread, in the non-968 section, though discussion of a bmw is way off topic for this site, and is better served on a bmw site - try bimmerforums - i think you will find that most of the guys prefer the 36 over the 46 for racing

Those boys are now afraid :-)
