Bit boring from the side-any options?
#1

Side of the 968 is a bit nicer IMO than the 944 series but a nice sideskirt would really enhance it's aggressive stance. I checked some links and nothing appears to be available. Does anyone know if anyone has tried to install the aftermarket 944 side skirts on a 968? They are fiberglass and could be trimmed, just not sure if enough to fit nicely on the 968. Wish I still my last set of 944 sideskirts. I put them in the trash years ago.

I plan on painting the car next month on my vacation and would like to have everything before hand.

Thanks

Lee

Jacquemond used to sell these skirts, but I think someone recently said they don't offer them anymore.

Too bad. The other option that is in the back of my mind is to get the fiberglass ones from GT Racing and use them as a base material for a similar custom job.

RHJ,

It is a nifty little cover and does well for those moments when I prefer to save time as well as wear from lowering and closing the top.

Mine came with the car, however it is a Covercraft IC2011 that can be purchased from Kragen, Shucks, or Checkers. Special order item-2-3 weeks. Embroidery is xtra $.

The fit is very good and simple.

Here are some pics.
