997 wheels on a 968 18" turbo style
#1

would these wheels work? I have seen some 18" 8" front and 10" rear turbo wheels on eBay(997) style. with 50mm front and 65mm rear offsets? Would these work on a 968? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/18-Porsche-...sspagenameZWDVW

probably have to use a 5-8mm spacer on the rear - fronts "should" be fine, as long as you don't go too big on the tire, and don't lower the car - otherwise, they might stick out 2mm too far for clearance at full lock

Would love to see a photoshop of them on a 68. Just cant picture it in my head.
Looks to have a few tight spots for cleaning but all in all its a nice look and a great price.

I would love to see it on a 968 too. I have C2 (aka cup I 17") on it now but love this 997 turbo wheel look. I would be picking up 2 pound+ at each wheel not sure if I want that in reciprocating weight.

that's just the wheel weight - you might pick up tire weight too - tires are heavy

I like those wheels a lot but they are still second to Flashs' wheels! Besides, they want 289.00 US for shipping to BC!!!! eBay crooks
