Posts on other forums have talked about a reset button on the Porsche CR-1 and CD-2 radios. I have a CR-1 radio and have no idea where this reset button is located. One poster said it can be reached with a paperclip if the coverplate is still on the radio. Can anyone tell me more about this elusive reset button?
Using the reset button allowed codes to be entered much quicker than the normal procedure indicated in the manual. Has anyone disassembled a CR-1 to physically reset the codes? Someone claimed it is set by jumpers on a board, anyone know for sure?
