technical bulletin on D1R supercharger installation
#1

there has been a small issue with the oil cooler on a couple of installations - over torquing the fitting has resulted in cracking the brazing on the oil cooler resulting in a leak

do NOT over-torque the fittings

when installing the fittings, first hand tighten and then swivel the fitting around to create a "witness" mark on the seating surface and paint on the threads - the idea here is to get the fitting to seat down without having to go to the maximum torque spec

if you have a leak, CONTACT ME!!!!!! do not crank down on the fittings to try to stop it
