again cruise control problem
#1

My cruise control worked perfect until i installed momo wheel. I have already changed servo and brain. The only thing left is column switch. brake lights all work. Also I guess i didnt disconnect battery long enough and airbag light is on which i can live with for now. Does this have anything to do with it? <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/unsure.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

No, nothing to do with it.

The light is on because he is missing the airbag. You can use some resitors, see another topic. After installing the resistant you have to reset the airbagcomputer. After resetting with a tool or the famous hammer the light goes out.

The cruisecontrol is having other problems. Maybe you can describe what the cruisecontrol just do or not?

Did you disconnect any of the wires when you removed the steering wheel?
