Whenever I look directly at one of the circles, it stops moving, but I can see the other ones moving, but then when I look at them, they stop. How does it know which ones I'm looking at, is there some kind of freaky mind reading program behind this????

not that I have any clue what the effect would be, but based on the animated

Beatles video for " Lucy in the Sky... " , this is probably not too far from the kaleidoscope effect supposedly associated with that state...
