major problems.
it take a mechanic with the Bosch diagnostic tool to turn the light off.

I had the red master warning in addition to the "airbag" warning. Not so strange since I had replaced the steering wheel with a piece from OMP, ie no airbag. So you probably have a connection problem between the airbag and the computer or the airbag is faulty.

You need an ODBC I tester to reset the warning light. I set mine off in the winter when I had my car apart, dummy me. Hard to find so I am going to build a board with a diagram I have. I'm just lazy; so far I have put a piece of black tape over the !
I will let everyone know when I get the board built and it tests ok.

My Porsche mechanic (not a dealership) did a full code diagnostic and fault code reset for $29.00 (Canadian !!!). Turned up a hall sensor code fault too which found me a bunch of free horsepower. I know that the dealerships want an outrageous amount to do this, but if you can find a good non-dealer Porsche garage, why spend the money to build your own?
