Hi Everyone,
Very grateful to have found an active 968 community...
I have my white 968 cab 6-speed since '22 (BaT) from Rhode Island. I since moved to Piemonte, Italy and am in the process of registering it locally. In the meantime taking care of this and my 911 C4S (2003) which is also going through the same import. Wasn't the plan originally but as they are my first Porsche's (and cars overall) I couldn't leave them behind and its obviously very much worth it.
The 968 was entirely original and well maintained when I got my hands on it, I mostly replaced some dried out rubbers and the shocks. Probably some bushings work next and carefully looking at options to get some more sound out of (modest).
Great car, love the solid feel of the leather, metal, glass - and the smells! Much nicer/easier to work on than my 2003 911 or the 2003 Jaguar XJR that I did leave behind. Choices had to be made..
