1992 Amazon Green Cab
#1

Hi All,

Coming back into the forum after a bit of a hiatus.  I bought the car out of Oregon a few years ago, I live in upstate SC and have been slowly doing the essential work, but car was in really great shape for its 67,000 original miles.  I am getting ready to tackle the carpets myself and plan to have the seats and top redone in the next few months.

Welcome back,

Enjoy the site.

Regards,

Jay

The carpet adhesive is known to be one of the worst jobs on a 968, good luck.

And the top may be even more difficult!   You certainly have your work cut out for you.

I remember when my mechanics stripped the carpet out of two of my 968’s for track prep. After the second one he said never again.
