Key stopped opening trunk. I have seen microswitch mentioned on forum. Does it need to be changed or is there some adjuestment to make. I hear motor moving when I turn key but nothing happens.

The little gear thing that spins around on the motor shaft (to the left side of the trunk, up front in the fender, pull back the carpet) might be broken. The motor will turn, and you will hear it, but it can't pull the pins on the trunk lock back. I couldn't "fix" mine - had to buy a new lever arm from Porsche.
