Top 5 mods
#21

On a more serious note. Upgrading the lights to HID is quite easy and makes night driving much better.

Should you also match the instrument cluster lights to your neon underlighting? The last thing you want after spending all this money is to be accused of bad taste or not having a cohesive style.

I've decided to rip out all the leather and have tuck & roll simulated velvet through-out. Oh and add that anti-matter/ anti-gravity affect, I've installed glow lights to the underside of the car...

I have most of the mods listed previously, but to add:
- S/S braided brake-lines
- slotted brake rotors
- drop the suspension ~19mm
- either Koni or Bilstein shocks
- switch to lighter synthetic oil
- delrin bushings [where practical]
- GT LSD [this was my single best improvement]
- remove whatever weight possible [date thin girl ]

Hey, what a coincidence... these are the same as the most popular top five mods on the Corvette forum thread !
Only they're dead serious.

Baz,

Thanks for the offer. I wiill definately take you up on your offer. This is on the assumption that we make it out of the desert!!

I am sorry to see that you don't have neon underlighting on your list!!

Not only have I been busy prepping the Landcruiser for our trip, my son and I have been making our Billy Kart for the Churchie Billy Kart Grand Prix tomorrow. Frankly it took way too much time and I am pleased that race day is finally here. Picture attached. He likes Ferraris!!

Speak to you when I get back.

Regards,

Peter

Peter,

That`s a top billycart.

Will you be back in time for the Brisbane Billycart Championships on the 23rd August to be held at the Carindale Recreation Reserve. I`m attending with my Grandson to pick up ideas so that we can enter next year.

Looking at your fine effort make me think I may have found an information source.

Does Churchie award pockets for billycart driving these days?

Again have a safe trip and look out for the low flying Pelicans.
