<{POST_SNAPBACK}><!--quotec-->Here's a screen shot of the assembly and part numbers in PET.
When a replaced my clutch I ended up having to replace both the bearings and the shaft, but some people are lucky and only need to replace the bearings. I don't want to scare you, but come to think of it you cannot get the fork out of the bell housing unless you have the pressure plate removed. Getting to a point where the pressure plate is removed is quite a task. Have a look at this topic for some advice on the clutch removal and replacement

Thanks, nice pic! Now why didn't I find that in PET ???
Anyway, I'm about to replace the clutch line as soon as it gets here from RS Barn. When under there I might as well fiddle with the squeak too. It is not a crunching shot-bearing sound, rather a dry metal-to-metal squeak. I you ever had a boat with one of those spring type absorbers for the moorings you know what sound I'm talking about. Hopefully, and likely as from your picture and the type of noise, it is the cup that needs greasing. I'd rahter not mess with the clutch itself as I know I'll end up buying a new all-inclusive flywheel setup from RS Barn and my wife will surely kill me if I even hint something in that direction. And since clutch work includes removing parts of the exhaust it would be a shame not to replace header too......
