#1

There's a guy over on the "other" board offering splitters for $260 plus $38 freight.

cool - i'm guessing that they are fiberglass, but we'll see - never know - that would be sweet though - the porsche motorsport price is riduculously high for what it is - somebody should make a mold and start knocking them out - maybe he's the guy

nuts - it's fiberglass - probably ok though if you are careful, and also don't lower your car - unfortunately for me, i am very low - i've already trashed my poly unit 3 times - if it were fiberglass, it would have been destroyed long ago

not a bad price though - i think this guy might be making up some other stuff too - gonna have to look into that - maybe we can get some other components made

For reference I think I got the Fitz FG replica splitters for $150 or so. I would not waste your money on a splitter if it is FG. Only my opininion for what it is worth.

it's a very valid opinion - it's certainly a risk - it sticks way out there - you'd have to take a lot of care not to mangle it - on cars with shorter front ends, like bmws, it isn't so bad, but porsche sticks a lot of car forward of the wheels - that limits what you can do up there

but if this guy can make stuff, maybe we can get some other cool components made, like rocker panels that don't warp
