SoCal Spring Detail/Tech Inspection Day Sat Mar 8
#1

well, spring is nearly upon us here in southern california - time to get those cars cleaned up and dialed in for the season

i am thinking the first saturday in march (mar 1st) sounds good - it's marathon day and ayn is off running, so that one works great for me

again this year, i can arrange for a paintless dent guy and the wheel repair guy

thoughts?

Would love to come but can't until the second weekend in March. First one is out because I have to teach driver ed. I can bring my detailing supplies.

Why not do the detail day on the 9th after the fun run? Coming down two weekends in a row may be hard. Plus, which car do I bring? lol

You really should move to the "RIGHT" coast. This would be a cool get together and bs kind of day.

Smokie...depending upon how successful our recording session goes this weekend, I'm contemplating hosting similar events at my place. You're correct about a great get together bs day!

yeah - that sucks - it's always hard to plan these things and get everybody together all at once

but you can make the fun run the next week

i would have preferred to push back into april, but with all the stuff going on that month, i didn't see it happening - the only day available was the 5th - we could possibly move it to then, but i'm slammed with events from the second weekend on through the first part of may - it would take a large number to say yes, to move it, but i'm fine with that

Something unavoidable is working against my participation on the 1st. Is there a chance the 8th has potential for the detail/tech day?

Jarrod- can't believe you flaked on the 1st! <img src="/forum/images/smilies/968/rolleyes.gif" class="smilie" alt="" />

No dents and no scratched wheels (except for the tiny 1" on the rim I got with the new tires....thank you sir, may I have another). So I won't be in need.
