Looking forward to incrementally catching up with you - not to the 285 mark maybe but it will be fun, starting at 236 and measuring each climb with the butt-o-meter. . . airbox. . . RSB chip. . . headers & exhaust. . . (that will probably be it for me).
I think the airbox and K&N will be happening within a coupla months. Nice to have it all ready for the June tracking event in Denver.
Do you think your tool would show 236 on mine? Car seems to run well according to the buttometer, but I really need more headroom - if I don't watch the tach I hit fuel cutoff every time.

I guess I should be happy I'm in Maryland where the emissions test is every two years. Last time I took the Porsche and the S2000 they didn't even test them they just gave me a pass. I think they were scared of the Porsche and the S2000 they didn't know where to find the OBDII connector. It supposed to be a rolling test but they didn't even do the sniffer test.

I believe it is at 7200 which gives you 4-500 rpm after peak power.

Very cool! Congrats Pete... I was in Vegas at a Trade show all week so I did not have time to read the threads. This is quite an accomplishment for an N/A Car!
Pete,
Just installed the new chip and went for a drive.
Really nice improvement.
Increased power and torque.
Seens to have a wider max power band.
Less downshifting.
And I LOVE the increased max rev.
She pulls and sounds awesome at the top.
At new redline in second gear with the top down on a sunny day in Seattle...hard to describe, but I still have the smile on my face.
Nice work!
hey Silvy968, a few questions for you
- how is the low-end torque?
- have you done the airbox mod?
- did you have a previous aftermarket chip or stock?
thanks - and have fun with your additional chutzpah!
