Restoring 968 lettering
#41

I'm kinda interested in taking my numbers off the cab... but I am worried the contrast between exposed, faded paint and the "newly exposed" supposedly unfaded paint beneath the numbers will bug me. It might not be so bad since my paint is single stage and I might be able to blend the two areas nicely.

"Thanks, Jeff. Apparently you cab guys just feel the need to show off "

ha ha , and the statistics support your statement. Now, if you only knew what I went through to get a correct, rare early 968 emblem as my original had been removed from my car. Now they are back on and look great.

It's much funnier when he picks on ###Ferraris###
Clarksons a motoring God blended with Mike Myers in there somewhere.
