No fun at all. I recently took mine out, but I had the control arms off the car. I can't imagine doing this job with the arms still on the car. Definitely allow lots of time. Also, are your new ones OEM rubber? Whew - getting those in is really going to be an adventure. Best of luck; let us know how it goes.

I think they're probably OEM type rubber. Hope I have enough grease. May drop the right one down and take a look. If it shows wear or cracking I'll change at least that side. If it looks good as new that sucker may go back in the hole and I'll hang on to the parts to fight another day with.
